Other posters can give you "rep points" by clicking on the scale below your name in any post you make. Keep in mind that in addition to 100 posts and 10 rep points, you also need to have been a member for 30 days in order to download materials from TM. Since you joined on May 7, you haven't reached the 30 day requirement yet.
