Kim told me that we still have hope since they have not received any rejections yet.I applied with two of my friends together to be assigned in the same state,they received their receipt notes three weaks earlier.Frankly,I started to loose hope,specially I beleive that they will send returned petitions at last.Hope we are not waiting for them
.on the other hand,I see that some of us are getting their receipt notes these days,meaning that there is still hope!confusing ha?I am really confused and don't understand anything,specially I don't know the system USCIS working on.the area were are you assigned in seems doesn't play a role in the order of receiving the receipt notes,neither the center at which your petition was received.Do any body has a better understanding ?
