Hey, np. I think the main thing about the GMAT is really to focus during the test and not get too nervous. I felt like I had the necessary skills to do well on the GMAT, so I was a bit bummed out by my MGMAT practice test. Then I went into the GMAT with the full intention of cancelling my score at the end (if I didn't feel comfortable about my performance after the exam). Ironically, I think this carefree attitude made me perform better than I had on my previous practice tests -- I was actually about to select the "Cancel Scores" option, but I thought, what the heck, the b-schools will see that I sat for the exam on this date anyways -- and lo and behold, a 770. So, I think you just have to be in the right mindset.
