I have over 5 yrs of work ex in IT industry mostly in telecom software.
Btech from IIT( Indian Institute of Technology) with CGPA 6.4
I am planning to go for MS or PHD in networking. I will be writing my GRE in Aug and targetting score of 1300 with current preparation.
What all universities in Top20 (as per US news) i stand a good chance of getting scholorship?
