Hi guys,
Brand new to the site and just found out today that I was admitted to MCIT also - its the only cs/it program I applied to since my undergrad background is in engineering science. I like in PA and have family in the area, so for me, its the only program I considered.
I'm actually fairly pumped about the degree, aside from the cost as was mentioned.
I keep hearing about bad ROI, but have you guys considered the opportunity cost of not working? To me it makes paying extra (even 10k) for the right program seem well worth it, especially if you can finish in less time.
I'm hoping to keep this thread going and see if you guys decided to attend?
Spoke to one grad student there, his feedback was very positive.
