Hi,
I have newly joined Test Magic. I can tell you some tips, but you would have to test those tricks and not follow them blindly.

There is a big problem with English words, words get Obsolete. So if you are a reading freak you would have known it. Why I am telling you this is for GRE your preparation should be over the time and not precisely before the exam.
I think you got to have that 10000 word list, that is really a consolidated wordlist. you should have it and forget barrons for wordlist, Time and again ETS has proved that barrons wordlist is just a gate to preparation, no doubt you got to have that on your finger tips, but you got to move ahead. you got to have a better vocab.
dont worry this figure is somewhat daunting, but its nto that difficult coz half of the words would be already known to you from that wordlist.
RCs are always difficult for people. The key is practice, you got to solve loads n loads of RCs.. also measure your speed your understanidng and each time you do a mistake while mock tests, go down to the basics learn the exact reason why you did a mistake and then move ahead.
Anatonyms and analogies are best exlained in Kaplan, do read it before you go for Test. it really tells you how to approach the test.
Quant has gone tricky these days. you got to ask senior members in here for Quant.
Thanks
Ravi
