Which score will the universities consider for admission?
I would ask some of the departments you are planning to apply to so you know how to fill out the application when they ask for your GRE scores. Certainly, I don't think you have to be concerned about your GRE scores anymore

What are the chances of getting fin aid for MS in either chemical or enviornmental or petroleum engineering?
It may help to check the profiles at the Edulix Infobank (first link in my sig) and the admission results at TheGradeCafe if you haven't already. At those places, people will sometimes post if they got an aid offer with their admission. Of course, most MS students don't get funding, at least prior to the first or second semester, and at some private schools like USC, funding seems even more uncommon.

You may want to check out UIUC (on the very ambitious end), Purdue (for eventual funding), Iowa State, Unversity of Utah, and maybe even UCF (on the low end regarding rankings). For some things, these places do a better job at funding than other places, but I don't know about your areas of engineering.
