Like vs. As
1) Like : use like when you want to focus on two nouns
2) As : use as when you want to focus on two nouns doing two action.
(in general a clause)

Idiom : Just as ~, so ~
C) "so" is missed in the second sentence.
D) although the idiom was correctly used, but it compares "the scandinavians" to the Italian's disregard" ---> wrong
