The other thing to keep of note is that the scoring has changed. The SAT is now scored out of 2400 points instead of 1600 when you would have taken it. (This is due to the inclusion of a writing section on the SAT.) So, if you do end up taking the SAT again, just make sure to take only your Math and Verbal section scores into account so that you can quote a score out of 1600.
Frankly though if you are already studying for the GMAT, a good score there should more then make up for any lingering doubts about what college you attended.
