No, of course it's not too late to apply, but applying later in the game usually reduces your chances of success.
That said, I typically see students still applying to schools up till around May or so, usually because they either over- or underestimated their chances and are applying at more realistic schools.
So you've still got plenty of chances. And, although some selective schools will not review your application once you've been rejected, if you don't get in this year, you can just try again next year!
