Ankish that is an urban myth that Indians are better than the rest at mathematics. True, the high school curriculum in India is rigorous, but at the undergraduate level, the playing field is quite level, in fact, i would venture as much as to say that an individual with a bachelors degree in mathematics has pretty much the same skill sets as any other contemporary regardless of their nationality.
A 100% score is feasible, but dont fool yourself into believing that your nationality predisposes you to a better score or even better preparation. Furthermore, the test is not computational, it is actually a survey of knowledge and while most questions are trivial by the standards of the subject matter they are borrowed from, it is the vast spectrum of information that you need to prepare, that determines your score.
