The answe is -1/m
The given equation can be solved as y-2-b=mx + 2 => y = mx + (b+4)
The above equation is in the form y = mx +c where m is the slope

so the slope of the line perpendicular to this would be -1/m
As we know if m1 and m2 are the slopes of two lines perpendicular to each other the m1*m2=-1
