Hi, me too I thought that there were no seats avaliable in the US for the TSE when i looked online, until someone told me that ETS opened seats in los angeles for the TSE, but they don't want to do too much publicity about it because they prefer people to take the TOEFL iBT.
Don't take the website into consideration because information about available seats is not right, go download a registration form in the TSE and TOEFL bulletin, and send them directly by mail to ETS. Ask for the X328 center (IKN in Los Angeles), I'm sure you'll find a place.
