I need your help to save my life
Here is my story
when I was visiting India, some people approached me saying that I can have some to write my TOEFL exam. Initially was not ready and then got lured. For my shock the whole center was like that everyone is having some one to write for them. It is still happening like that. They took my pic and sign but some else wrote for me.
so, after that I came home US. My score got canceled saying that my voice is not matching with previous one. I think they got suspicious because of high score 117. ETS sent me a letter saying that they could not match my voices and they could not authenticate my work and they say it was not me who took the exam. And they also reported that to NABP saying that score got canceled but they did not disclose the reason.
Now NABP wants to know why my score was canceled. They sent me letter saying that they want the letter that I got from ETS, basing that they want to judge me whether I am eligible for FPGEC or not. They gave me time till July 10th if I don’t send that letter they will disqualify me.
Anyone knows anything about this any suggestions
Till now I haven’t charged for this from ETS side
I have contacted few attorneys but I didn’t get much help
Is this not having good moral character?

If I fight for this do they stamp me saying that I don’t have “good moral character”?
This consequence will affect my work as industrial analyst or other positions in US and my green card?
