Dear Sirs:
I am a foreign pharmacy graduate with a Ph.D. degree in pharmacological sciences, and currently residing in the U.S.

After graduating from the pharmacy school, I went abroad to attend the Ph.D. course without taking the Pharmacist certified exam in my home country ,
I am wondering if I am elgible to take the FPGEE certification progarm in U.S, if not, any solutions to it?

I hope that there are some flexibilities rather than just one soultion such as "going back and retaking it".
