i think lippincot is more towards pharmacology than the clinical pharmacy. for section 4, i did not read like what is MOA of drugs but i read the management of disease. Like people generally confused with the cology and clinical cology.

cology is like studing facts like m/a of phenytoin

while clinical science is if there is emergency epilepsy (status epilepticus) - start with BDPs like diazepam and still patient can't treated give phenytoin. Still no positive result... go for midozolam or phenobarbital....at the end induce hypnotism...

That what I read for all the diseases like gout, parkinsonism, etc. I will be happy to discuss all the clinical cology stuff any time....

I did not read everything in detail but i just read key points from the roger walker. I selected this book because during my bachelors I read this book in england for clinical cology. But you can select the any book which gives same kind info that i mentioned (disease management and toxicology)
