I used Barrons, Princeton Review, ETS guide and Cambridge CD.

Barrons: more difficult that the real test.
ETS guide: relatively easier.
Princetons: I only studied Speaking and Writing- I liked the Speaking templates and I also used their style of integrated writing.
Cambridge CD: Speaking, awesome, exactly like the real TOEFL Speaking.
