ETS will send the new score to NABP automatically. You may call NABP to confirm with them when you receive your paper score report from ETS.

2. Can I able to use my current J1 visa to take internships ?

3. Is there any time limitations for internship hours ? (i.e can i do internship beyond the required time period until i clear my NAPLEX ?)

You should contact your state board of pharmacy. Different state has varied requirements for intern hours.
