I just got the email from Sri Lanka Embassy. Here is the information. I am not sure which address is better between the address below provided by Sri Lanka Embassy and the quote above. Or either one is okay. I sent the address above to confirm that it is the correct address.There is no Wachovia Bank in my state. I'll send the check by mail. What do you think? This is what I got.
