Urgent please: Choose among Stanford MS&E and Berkeley MIS

I have been accepted by Stanford for the MS&E program and Berkeley for the MIS program. I have an under-graduate degree in Computer Engineering and experience in IT. Please advice which one is a better program?

hi. congratulations. i think the stanford ms&e program is unique and shud be thy top choice. If you have funding from UCB then go for it.

I also applied to stanford ms&e but got rejected.
