i think to choose a school without stipend is not good. if they don't give you fellowship, that means they don't want you sincerely. Choose a school tha would truely values you.(personal opinion)

Although Stanford is glamorous but at the end of the day Wisc-Madison offers you fund.

Could you post your profile, we'd love to see how the profiles of "admitted at Stanford" look like
