how is that college and how did u qualify
i think i am going to apply to that college for communication engineering program
so help me out
my gre is 1370 and toefl is 223-280
what are the chances
and acads are pretty decent
?????

Congratulations!
I am going to apply to SUNYAB for MATH PhD program. But my TOEFL score is very low.
TOEFL: 507
Graduation: BS in Math and Computer Sciences from University of Natural Sciences, Hochiminh city, Vietnam.
GPA: 3.504 ( 3.8 in Math courses )
I want to improve my TOEFL score, but I don't have enough money to study at Foreign Language Center. Who can show me how to improve my TOEFL score with my low income?

GRE-1 1240( 620V + 620Q) 5.0 AW(July)
GRE-2 1450 ( 800 + 650 V) 4.5 AW(September)
TOEFL 277 ( 5.5 W)
Acads. BE( Elec. & Commn) - 73%. Topper 84%
12th grade(CBSE) - 94.4%(99.9 percentile in Computer science)
10th grade(CBSE) - 93% (99.9 percentile in Mathematics and English)

Completed a course at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras on DSP that was conducted in Collaboration with Analog Devices.

No papers.
Suggest sum Univs.
As some Univs. have their deadlines fixed at Nov 15, those are out of consideration.
Some close mid December. So i'm desparate. I have a small list made up. See if i'll make it into any of these.

ASU
Minnesota Twin Cities
Ohio State
NCSU

Texas A & M

Please do suggest anything outside of this that's worth applying to.
