Which University should i join?

I have applied for Msc civil Engineering at Columbia University New York and NYU-POLY ( formaly Polytech University) New York and have got admission offer from both Universities. Please guide me which one should I join. Please reply soon as i have to decide in couple of days. I live in New York and working with a construction company.

Dear all,

Well, I am planning to apply for COnstruction Engineering Management or called it Civil Engineering ( if you are not aware about CEM). I am Planning to apply for Fall-2010. My profile is as follow

Back ground : Master of Urban PLanning and Bachelor of Architecture
Professional experience : 7 years (Dubai, Oman, India)
Area of INterest : Only Master programme. I am not interested in Phd
Funding : I can fund my education till US $ 60,000 therefore i will prefer part time job to meet day to day expenses
GRE
700 Q and 530 V

Guys and also Malik can you guide me which University shall i target;

From US news report i have identified following univ;

USA

1) University of California Berkely
2) Standford
3) Texas A&M
4) Texas Austin
5) MIchigan State University- East Lasting
6) Florida State Univercity
7) Columbia University

Canada

1) Uni of Toronto
2) British Columbia
3) University of Alberta, Edmonton

My first priority for education is Canada. As they have lenient immigration law and quality of life is much better than US. Ofcourse in Canada i will get less pay compare to USA. Incase i do not get admission in canada, i might choose USA.

Guy can you answer following my question

1) Can you suggest some university matching my profile ?
2) Any suggestion from above list?
3) Am i right about my perception of Canada or no?
