admit from UIC

Just got a letter from UIC that the graduate admissions committee has recommended my application for Fall 2005 to the MS program in CS.

Aid offers will be sent out in March according to the Website. I applied to a good number of other univs most of which are ranked higher , so the wait continues...

My profile is as follows:

GRE 1410(Q:790, V:620)
Toefl: 277(5.5)
TSE 55:
B.E(till 6th sem): 92%
Univ Rank 1
Final Sem Project with Govt.Of India undertaking
and 2 papers at IEEE and ISTE student forums.

Im from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

I got an e-mail from UIC on 13th Jan that my application is complete and is in the CS dept. They said that I wld be informed of the decision within 2 weeks.Finally, I got a letter by snail-mail yesterday informing me abt my admit.

I completed the online application somewhere around Dec 1 and send the application packet around Dec 10.

Got admit from UIC without assistanship does it worth to study in UIC with I20 of tuition 27k or else can I go to bridgeport with first year tution waiver . ?
