Hmm... I checked OSU and it states "Status: In Academic Review"

My profile:
GPA (cum.) 3.98/4.00
GPA (major) 4.00/4.00
GRE Q: 770
GRE V: 460 (ouch!)
GRE AW: 5.0

- Since 2003, worked in Air Force Research Labs in Speech Research Group
- Performed 2 Independent Studies with Professors
- Got top avg. in graduate class (random processes) as undergraduate student
- No professional articles

Also I often hear people talking about grade A or grade B schools, is there really a grading of schools or these grades are just a different loose adaptation of ranks?
