Industrial Engineering Admissions

Hey guys
I ve got an admission letter from Texas A&M for PhD in IE. But I didnt receive any information about financial aid, yet.

Does anybody got any news from Stanford, Berkeley, Gatech for Phd in IE.
News about Operations Management PhD from Northwestern Kellog , UCLA Anderson and Carnegie Mellon Tepper are also welcome..

I am also in at TAMU. but Northwestern(IEMS) rejected me. and now waiting for Penn State.

I am an int'l student( my verbal is really poor (340 but Q =800 A=3.0, TOEFL 247, 4.0) so I don't think other top u will accept me ,

I don't how IE at TAMU is, compared to others, one thing as I know is IE , Engineering at TAMU ranked # 9 and # 14 by USNEWS,

Can all of you give me an idea about TAMU.( such as academic, acceptability, reputation, social life, student life, etc....) and What are differences from Penn state.

I applied after 1 Dec so i will not be consider for aid. However, My government will support me to pursue PhD.
I apply Northwestern, Purdue, TAMU, Penn State.
