This person got accepted for Stanford EE PhD last week. They invited him to the open house too. Unfortunately I don't know his profile.

I have yet to hear from MIT, UCB and Stanford. I think I got rejected by MIT and UCB. But Stanford I was really hoping to get in, but now my hope has died.

Oh my.... looks like my hope is dying too. I received an e-mail on friday from Stanford's EE Admissions Office...was rather excited....only to find out that it was just an Update to say that decisions will be made by March 14...what an anti-climax.

thanks. :o are the big five: mit, stanford, berkeley, caltech and uiuc? i'm guessing ur talking about ee phd right?
