in at Chicago by post, stamped March 1. No funding - which is okay, because I don't think I would be happy there anyway. I've heard absolutely awful things about student climate. No news from the rest of the Big 5 for me.

My top pick of my admits is still Yale

Congrats!!! It's still phenomenal even without funding. I'm glad they are not making your decision of going to Yale any harder.

In
Brown (Fellowship, turned down)
UCSD (TA)
UCLA (No funding)
Yale (Fellowship)
Rochester (Fellowship)
Chicago (No funding)

No rejects so far, waiting on 10 more schools. but I haven't heard anything from Princeton, Stanford, UMN, NW yet, so that bodes ill I think. but I odn't care because I <3 Yale
