UF is giving their money generously this year!

After incredible ritwik offer, I received 20k fellowship lasting 4 years! WOW! 4 years! So far the best option, as the other ones necessitates TA/RA. Will have to give them a serious consideration!!!!

Why though? Aren`t they a highly-reputed school? Thus, isn`t it wierd that they attract ppl so evidently with money? Maybe my dep. is low-standing?

I think the obvious explanation is that YOU are highly attractive to them, and why don't you just be happy about that?

Congrations!!! As a Floridian, I know that UF is very generous in oftening financial aids to Ph.D students in comparison to many schools. This is because UF gets the highest state funding from among the public universities in Florida. Offering higt financial aid is normal for UF. Enjoy the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$K.

I've heard UF can be stingy when offering financial aid to MS students and international students. Are you domestic?
