In at LSE, Econ History vs Econ?

So all this talk about Gsteria getting into LSE Econ made me remember that my second application was for LSE Economics History (originally applied to all MA/MSc economics programs). I just checked and lo, I got in...

I did it on a bit of a whim, and I have yet to hear from some other programs, but considering that I almost positive I am not going to do a Phd, what do you people think? I am also "eligible to apply for one of the limited awards from the Graduate Support Scheme" which, like UBC's eligible for partial tuition waiver, confuses me a bit but sounds good.

Seriously, I am confused, has anyone done this program, is it applicable to banking/consulting?

    Thanks for any help here.

    CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

Maybe we can be roomates if we both attend LSE. (Although, I will most probably have to live in a box outside the LSE Econ building if I'm to pay the 15,500 pound fees.)

P.S. Please get rid off the question marks from the thread title, they are confusing!

The course is v theoretical - v little maths compared to the MSc Economics course but if you want to get into banking,or investment banking like i presume, it should be fine.
