Birla Institute of Technology and Science(BITS). It's in this small village called Pilani in the state of Rajasthan in India! Aditya Mathur studied (and I think completed his Phd!) and taught in BITS before he went to the US to pursue his academic career. I think he was the one who started the CS department at BITS in the 60's. He had taken a sabbatical for a year and taught at BITS for a semester then.
