    My Sixth Admit ..... NOTHING ELSE MATTERS NOW

    Hi guys,

    All the hardwork, all the risks, everything paid off .... got a reply from the Grad Sec at Cornell that I have been admitted to the Masters (MEng) program in Computer Science.

    I guess I wont be scanning my mailbox for any more admits ..... My biggest dream admit is here !!!

    Ranked 8th/1500 in University (Mumbai)
    GRE - 1400
    TOEFL - 293
    AGRE - 770 (Didnt submit it here though)
    Currently, a Lecturer in my undergrad college

    please tell me more on what do u think made u stand out... was it the recos, was it the research work, what ...?

    I am a third yr IT student at MNNIT (formerly MNREC) who has been under the impression that top colleges don't take anything but IITians...
