my sincerest congratulations as well!
it is exactly the same program that wrote that kind email i posted some days ago...but with a different mood... i was really looking forward, it's a special program quite flexible and multidisciplinar... it was my first choice with TPP@MIT, but same answer from boston... i think they are mainly places for engineers, aiming to make some public policy (this is for mit, stanford offers very different tracks)...i applied with a degree in economics, and with only 2 letters instead of 3, but really i could not supply a third one... my sincere congrs again, i am sure u will have terrific time there in palo alto.... |

Congratulations aw2129!!! Lorcar, would you mind if I asked you about your profile? Personally, I don't think your economics background was the main reason behind the reject. You mentioned that you only applied with 2 LORs instead of 3. What about your GPA and GRE? Sorry for bothering you with these questions and I wish you best of luck with rest of your applications.
