Just got a call that I was admitted for the MBA program at Haas School at UC Berkeley.

Thanks again Erin for helping me round out my application with a good GMAT score. You're THE best.

Wow, Mariam. I just have to say great job!! You're amazing! I really thought you had a great chance of getting in, even in this tough year, so I have to say in a way I'm not suprised.

But I *am* happy! Really!

BTW, your former classmate Vincent just took his GMAT yesterday and got a great score. I guess I should wait for him to post his score here himself, but suffice it to say that he's happy.

Anyway, congrats on your admission. You and your husband must be really happy I'm sure you'll excel in the program!!

That's great to hear about Vincent... Linda did really well too from what I recall. Our GMAT class was a lot of fun; I kind of miss it. I know that's weird ... we'll have to have a reunion or something to celebrate the good scores. Let me know if you guys are up for dinner some night near TestMagic. I also want to drop off a couple of books.

We are certainly proof that you're a great teacher (especially when one *likes* going to a GMAT class!).

I'm sure everybody'd love to see you. Ray was just asking if I could contact you to invite you to celebrate some night after our Wednesday night GMAT class. We've got a little ritual established now--we go out for dinner/drinks :drunk: after class on Wednesdays. It's been pretty fun!

If you want to come, it'd be great to see you. You can show up after class (which ends at 9:00 p.m. now, changed it from 8:30 p.m.) some Wednesday night. You can email or call me, too, if you want.

Anyway, it'd be nice to catch up and find out what your plans are for the future.

Sounds great Erin.. I have a class on Wed nights that ends this month. So if you guys are still meeting come July, I'll definitely drop by. I also have some books to give you.

Hi Mariam, Congratulations!! I am truly happy for you. You have accomplished a lot in the last few months -- finished GMAT in Feb and completed your apps in March. Did you also mention you are taking a class?? Gees....do you ever get tired?

Let's get together some time.

Oh, Master Erin, if you are reading this.....I decided not to post my score until after I receive my official score report. I am so paranoid that ETS may adjust my final score. It's unlikely, but I know that happened to some people.
