What are the factors that matter to you?
cost? tamu is cheaper
ucsb is better than uc irvine.
where do you have a better match for research interests?
cost is not an issue.both places are involved in cad related research.i want to work after completing my MS.where are the jobs(tamu or ucsb).
i think UCSB
I would say TAMU.....if CAD is your desired specialization...simply because in recent years, TAMU has developed a strong CAD group of 6 profs....the recent additions of Sunil Khatri, Jiang Hu and Peng Li has really enforced their CAD group...it goes without saying that all of them are great researchers.
