Hello frens
I got into CMU INI for MS IN and MS ISTM with $20K aid...though it might sound great but the problem is it is still too expensive... I would like people to comment on whether such exorbitant expenses are justified... Thanks in anticipation....

expenses are justified if you just want to earn dollars
Hey guys,
Even I have the same admit with the same tuition waiver [20k] for MS in ini. Along with that I also have admits from University of Pennsylvania,Johns Hopkins,Stony Brook, Usc, Ncsu,Iowa state among others See this 20k waiver is given almost to everyone admitted, and its like a discount but still the overall expenses are huge, and this money is used to pay for the stipends of phd students which do the real research work at cmu ![]() We pay money but surely get a high paying job [ but you may need to compromise on work quality, since you have to generally take loan to repay such huge stuff, you end up 1-2 yrs after masters in repaying the loan ] So finally its your call, Even I need to decide...
