Anybody waiting for Cornell M.Engg (CS) and UT Austin MS CS

Hey friends,

I am still awaiting decision on my application for Cornell MEngg (CS) and UT Austin MS CS. Is there anyone more waiting for results. Any news, when can I expect the decisions ?

I read some of the posts and got to know, these colleges have given admissions. But I haven't heard anyting from them so far

i have'nt heard from cornell (Meng CS) either.. though i'm pretty sure it's gonna be a reject..

Here on Test magic only. People posted that they have got admit/reject from Cornell and also from UT Autsin.

I have mailed to UT Austin guys today. Hope to hear from them soon.

as far as i know there were only 2 posts here at TM (for cornell) .. one an accept and one a reject.. right?

I got an admit from cornell. Most of my friends have received their decisions. Recently 4 guys from EE got into Cornell too. It was posted in edulix. All the decisions have been made. Try to email the department if you can.

Yes, it was for M.Eng. I got it through email. The online application status has not been updated.

I too recd an admit just yesterday it was a two line mail...stating that the deatils would be snail-mailed later...

No need to panic there are still many earthlings who are waiting for the decision..

got an admit from Cornell too.
UT austin has rejected my application.

Now have to choose between Cornell MEngg and Columbia MS
