how many are planning to accept admits without aid (or already did)?
my only admit so far was for an ms without aid. just wondering how many of you are planning to attend a program which has not offered you aid. please include the subject you'll be studying. thanks.

admit with no aid
Hello,
At this point in the game, I think I might be going to Northeastern for School Psychology masters. They have given me no aid. I had low GRE scores so I wasn't expecting to get Aid. I consider it an honor to be able to go to a good school which will let me have the career I want!!! Goodluck to you! |

All set on going for Penn State, since the four schools I'm waiting on do not seem likely to give me admits...
The Penn State admit is without aid, but I can't really say I'll be going with no aid, since I've applied for aid from a government agency here in Pakistan, and I just met the director of the program and he informed me that I was second on the merit list so I'm virtually assured of funding... but until I'm officially informed, I'll wait for the other four schools, in particular Georgia Tech and TAMU... So thats how I'll be paying for the thing... the scholarship, which pays the tuition in addition to providing a $ 1,200 per month stipend, and I'll also have my own money if I need it... |
