I don't know much about your field but I would go to Edinburgh. It might be a bit more difficult for you if you didn't havbe so many cs courses over your undergrad study, but you will end up with a nicer degree (I don't think a diploma is worth just as much) and you will be in a top school for your field. This will particularly be helpful if you'll later decide to go for a PhD; a master is a good stepping stone (again better than a diploma I think) and you will have been able to work with top faculty in your field (who can procure you nice lors and exposure to current research).
Again, I'm not expert in your field so take this advice "cum grano salis".
And do try to talk to professors about it, they are the best source of info you'll find (even if might need some effort to tail them).

Yes, I agree with Panda on the issue of the diploma v Masters. This diploma might be one of those programs they organize mainly for foreigners. If it is, it'll lack the usual prestige that comes with a Cambridge degree and it's just a good source of income for them, because many are willing to pay quite a bit of money for the Cambridge-name. It'll also mean that they won't have the best professors teaching there and that they won't give too much attention to the students in the program. Another possibility is that it's a very practical program, more directed towards people who need the skills but don't want to get a PhD afterwards. To know for sure, try to ask the grad secretary of the program to put you into contact with some of the current students so you can ask them about their impression of the program and their future aims and such.
So, make sure to have all of the information before making a final decision and good luck!

This diploma course is the worlds oldest program in CS.The course in Cambridge admits only bout 10-15 people each year and has courses from their undergrad program along side a small project students have to work on.So the faculty is the same in otherways and I dont thinks its for overseas students only !!

Edinburgh is FAR from boring! It's a proper city and a beautiful one at that...Cambridge is very dull and basically a small town. Outside the colleges there is nothing to do.
Edinburgh's night life, art, architecture, and location is amazing.
