gtech vs UCLA ece wireless

i have been admitted to GTECH and UCLA MS EE in WIreless. no aid in any uni.
money is not a problem and neways i think cost is nearly same for both the univ.
so which university i should opt for , considering my field is wireless networking.
i am doin research on research goin on in both universities but still wanted inputs from u ppl

also one more question
thesis or non thesis which one is better......... i mean from job perspective and from knowledge perspective.
and in UCLA u can complete the course in 9 months so should i opt for that or will it affect my getting a good job ?

please reply soon as i have to inform the universities about my decision
