I have got admission from University of Texas at Arlington and Illinois Institute of Technology for M.S Computer Science and Engineering for FALL 2006.

Which one is better?
What are the aid scenario in both universities?
What are ON/OFF campus job opportunities in both of them?

Please suggest me relevant information so that i can decide where to go.

hi wydiwyg,
uta is a much better option than iit. i have freinds in both the places. and even i have got admit into uta for ms in cs. why don't we get in contact, maybe we could be room mates? my number is +919412955848

I think Arlington is a better college. Alteast in the research factor but then you might have better faculty in your fireld in IIT. What is your profile and research interest? Do you wanna do PhD or only MS?
