Stern decision
I've just received the result from Stern Part-time program yesterday as waitlisted. The school asked me to send more updated information. I read from the forum that I should get alumni or current students to write recommendation letters. Anyone know how can I find alumni or current students to talk to? Do you guys have any other advice? What should I do to get off the waitlist? Please help.

Speak to the Admission Officer and try to find out what you can do to get off the waitlist.Maybe they need you to submit additional essays or want you to speak to alumni to clarify your career goals.
In my case,the school(LBS) delayed the final decision and asked me to submit a personal statement clarifying my career goals and how I will contribute to the program after speaking to a few alums. Different schools might have different procedures but you need to speak to the admissions officer to get the clear picture. |
