CMU vs Stanford EE

which would you choose?

CMU:
1, full fellowship during PHD study
2, Advisor is great and his former students do really well in industry and in acdemia, always top companies and top conference best paper award

cons.
1, located in Pitt. & whether
2, CMU EE not very famous

Stanford:
1, located in silicon valley and easy to find intern or job
2, ranked 1 or 2 in EE
3, famous

cons.
1, 3-quarter fellowship
2, PHD qualify is tough
3, The advisor may not be as good as in CMU
4, not too much papers or good papers

I have already got a MS degree. It's really hard to choose. Which would you like to advise?
