I have both got the admission and full financial aid from CS department of University of Delaware and Wayne State University. However, I am still not sure which one is better and trapped into the indecision. Meanwhile,one professor in CS Dep of George Mason University also contact me and tell me I have a good chance to get the offer there. If I can get the offer from GMU, then how can I choose these 3 results? Hope you can give me some suggestions and help me get out of this indecision. Thank you very much!

I think that GMU CS is ranked 60 by US News.
