Chemistry PhD offered from several institutions
US:
Ohio State
U Pittsburgh
(plus an waiting-list position, U Penn)

Canada:
U Alberta

I would focus myself on organic chemistry, especially synthetic organic chemistry. Can anybody given some advice about the above institutions? Thanks!
