PhD of ChemicalEng in McMaster U and Civil Eng in U South Carolina
Hi, everyone. I really do not know which one to choose.
McMaster U: 16000can/yr, supervisor is the chair of the department, associate editor of some good journal in the area.
U South Carolina: 19000usd/yr (include 8000tuition fee, whether it is waived depends on the funding in the department), supervisor has just joined in the college after about 20 years of experiences in companies; Also, it is said that the security in Columbia is not good.
Would you please give me more suggestion?
