Did anybody hear from UWaterloo regarding Winter '08 admissions?

Don't you think it is quite early to expect a reply from them for fall 2008? I think the deadline for application is 1st of february. I am also applying there and yet to submit my application.

Or do you know anyone who heard from them before the application deadline elapsed in previous years?
