Got this message from the school website : 'Dept. xxx has returned your application to our office with an admissions decision on 2/22/2008, and we will communicate this decision via postal mail'. then i got an email from the International Student Service asking me to fill form for the processing of I-20 form. Does this mean am admitted? somebody help me! this stuff is driving me crazy.

Congratulations.
I-20 = Being Admitted, just wait for the snail mail

Thanks MDK. The whole thing is just driving me crazy. it will take about 4 weeks before i get the letters.
