Good Move Erin . I think giving away prizes would add excitement and interest to visit this site.

I suggest prizes like T-shirts should be given to essay evaluators, because they do the best to make this site a magnet.Their comments and pinpointing areas of waeknesses are most important.

Accolades for posting interesting questions, good advices on strategies for tackling exams.

Then sharing experiences of exams should be encouraged. CDs and books for those who are regular.Site can be made interested by posting TM made tests. That is TM should take the initiative of making its own mock tests so that only members get benefit( This will prompt guests to be part of TM).
This will stop members to run from pillar to pillar in search of test materials.
I suggest new forum for Test Series of TM and prizes to top 10. This will boost their morale.

Points to those who make good use of TM editor. Like animating messages for expressing emotions, use of text attribute setters. Properly indented questions should carry more points. I add to this, for example a question should be followed by question mark, new post by new post icon,though most TMians follow but such step will make easy for new comer to get an idea of the type of post.Then there should be a monthly announcements for top 5 rankers in getting points.

Apart from this I suggest some improvements that can be made.Facility of searching should be included and all posts should be archived year and month wise when the forum gets old and locked. It will be easy for user to go to a particular archive.

I really lack words to describe my emotions ,
this is charity, this so kind-hearted , this is awesome , this is off the chain !
Erin i`m really dumbfound from you interest to stimulate people who are studying...but i also think that its cuts both ways , couse there are people who ain`t studying and visiting forums just for the prices , i`m really eager to share all my matherials for the TOEFL exam , to share strategies i`ll take toefl on December etc.
I just think that you shouldn`t be too good with everybody couse they can take advantage of your goodness and knightly-kind manner .
I also think there should be prices for the people who regularly check essays , for people sharing matherials , and the biggest price i think should be for you for laying the foundation of this fabulous site !!!!

I think any kinda gift would symbolize the gesture as effectively as others, cz, every single entity here is gaining the invaluable experience of discussing with the great minds form all corners. I would never log on to this site just for the sake of winning. But, being rewarded out of one's genuine interest would be a great satisfaction, cz it means that his/her contributions are being valued.

For me any gift is fine. However, the flexibility associated with a gift certificate makes it just a li'l bit better than others.
