Some contact emails aren't being sent

For a couple weeks now I have been trying to fix a problem with the contact form here on the TestMagic forums. It seems that some emails sent from the contact form are not being sent. I have tested this myself many times in the last few weeks, and I've received about half of the test messages.

In an effort to root out the cause, I will be removing some of the little tweaks that I've added to the forum software, such as "Active Topics" and a few other minor things.

Just want to let everybody know.
